Leasing a Leapmotor T03 in the UK

This electric city-car was launched in China some years ago, but this will be produced at the FCA Poland plant for European distribution in early 2025. On the latter issue, the driver is aided by 6 airbag, 3 cameras, and 5 radars! Indeed, this has been a best in class solution.

But what specification do you geton the Leapmotor T03?

The T03 will include air conditioning, synthetic leather steering wheel, Bluetooth key, rear parking sensor, rear parking camera, panoramic sunroof, 8” instrument cluster, 10” central console with navigation, 15” alloys wheels and L2 ADAS.

But how does the new T03 perform – is it a good solution for our lease customers?

This FWD city car will adopt a usable battery of 37.3 kWh which generates 70 kW (or 94hp), 81 mph top speeds and 0 - 62 times of 12.7 seconds. This will cover a combined 125 miles on a full charge in colder climates, with warmer weather upgrading this to 170 miles - a combined 145 miles.

The 6.6kW AC max will provide for 6 hour and 45 minute 0 – 100% charging times. Rapid charging from 10 – 80% will take 55 minutes on the 48 kW DC. A cargo volume of 210L is available with this car. It has a vehicle fuel equivalent of 157mpg.
