How much is a Mercedes EQC Electric to lease?
The EQC is very much a luxury electric car and so many of our customers are those individuals with a bigger monthly budget or for management / director company car or salary sacrifice schemes. Starting at £70,000, expect to pay around £700 - £1000 model and contract dependent. However, for customers looking at the BMW iX3, Jaguar i-Pace or even a higher specification VW ID.5 or Volvo XC40, this makes a good comparison.

Is a Mercedes EQC Electric a good car to lease?
Where Mercedes are flourishing is with their choice for customers and the constant revision and evolution of their existing EQ platforms – a bigger EQS SUV (which is more akin to a GL/GLS) was launched in April 2022, only months after the EQS saloon was launched. For EV customers this provides the utmost confidence that they are leasing, or buying, from a manufacturer who is firmly invested in the EV-lifestyle. And who can dislike the ostentatious interiors, and technological gems, which are present with all the EQ product.

Is a Mercedes EQC electric lease right for me or the business?
Whether a personal, business or salary sacrifice customer, our e-car lease team do encourage you to review the key metrics and facets of automotive electrification. Even with beautiful cars like the EQC, there are still some essential facts to know – seasonal range, charging speeds, charging times, charging infrastructure – before leasing a car. With our finance products being fixed term contracts, there are penalties and costs associated with early returns. This is why we stress suitability assessments before progressing

Where do I find the best Mercedes EQC lease deals in the UK?
The best e-car lease Mercedes EQC deals will often feature on our aggregator partner platforms like AutoLeaseCompare, CarWow, LeaseFetcher and LeaseLoco. However, not all of our offers will be uploaded, so do head to our website to compare and price ALL the EQCs available in the UK. Also visit your local Merc EQ retailer to test-drive and experience the EQC in real life. And for those customers looking to compare lease v buy with the EQC, ask your Mercedes dealership for their PCP or Hire Purchase quote.

What is the Cheapest Mercedes EQC Electric leasing option?
At the time of writing (April 2022) the cheapest EQC to lease is the ESTATE EQC 400 300kW Sport 80kWh 5dr Auto. However, at £70,000 this is still not what we would refer to as a “cheap car to lease”. While EQCs deliver an indulgent experience, there is a cost associated with them. Also consider that the AMG Line is not a big cost increase from the Sport, particularly with residual values via our selected funders, so do compare the various options.

What is the range of an electric Mercedes EQC?
The range your EQC can travel on a full charge will be highly influential on your decision to lease it. However, as set out via our industry leading “Living with your …” tools there is a big difference with how the EQC performs in colder weather v warmer weather and on smaller journeys / urban driving compared to motorways / highways. For example, the EQC will provide 165 miles of driving on a motorway in cold weather compared to 330 miles of city driving in warm weather. While the “real range” of the EQC is around 230 miles, use our tools to work out how this works in conjunction with your commute or daily trips.

What is the towing capacity of the EQC? Can you tow?
Many of our EQC customers are avid caravaners or are businesses who need towing capabilities with their new EV. While some electric cars can tow (it is not true that EVs are not suitable for towing), we do advise that you check the manufacturer websites or visit your local dealer. For the EQC a tow hitch is possible (subject to a cost) and the vehicle has towing weight (unbraked) at 750kg and towing weight (braked) at 1800kg

What is the MPG of the Mercedes EQC?
This has a vehicle fuel equivalent of 116mpg
